Black & Blue Yogurt Fru Fru

1. pint fresh wild organic blueberries
1. pint fresh organic blackberries
2. pint fresh European style yogurt
(something with good fat content)
4. Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
2. Tbps orange blossom mountain honey
1. Tsp Moroccan cinnamon

Rinse berries off, sort through in case there are any undesirable berries in with the rest.
This dish is best served in a cone shaped dessert glass, something you would serve an ice cream sundae in. Start with placing toasted almonds at the bottom of the dish, drizzle with a tsp each of honey per serving. Divide the berries in half. place a fourth of the amount of berries on top of the almonds and honey, then half a pint of yogurt on top of which ever berries you decided to use first, then repeat with the remaining other one fourth amount of berries, repeat with yogurt, sprinkle with cinnamon, allow to set over night. Enjoy as a mid morning snack or even for breakfast or as a late night munchies snack.
